Remove Coupon Giant and Coupon Titan Completely

Complains from computer user:

Having trouble with a Windows XP Home machine. Google chrome is constantly redirected to other webpages and I see popup ads from Coupon Giant or maybe Coupon Titan.  It took quite some time just to get to this page without redirecting to fullresultfun.net.  Also trying to install McAfee Internet Security but it looks like something keeps blocking McAfee from checking my PC.
