I have 3 malware/virus's on my computer preventing me from reimaging my computer or even accessing my Administrator acct.
1. Trojan:Win32/Powessere.A!reg

I am not able to remove them as I have the administrator icon next to Remove all.
I have tried to start in safe mode, tried everything possible and still cannot get rid of it or re-image my computer with a CD that has Win 7 on it.

Almost one month before, my system shows lots of problems unexpected shot down, slow processing, hang problem etc and most important installed browsers always open new tab with fraud link, then i found my system get infected with Exploit:Win32/ShellCode.gen!V virus which actually making the disaster and after that i prefer to Remove Exploit:Win32/ShellCode.gen!V for making my system safe and secure.
