Step 1 Stop the process from Task Manager

For Windows XP users:

(1) Click Start and Click Run.

(2) Enter “taskmgr” in pop-up box and click “OK”.

(3) In“Windows Task Manager”,click “Processes”.

(4)Find out the unwanted programs and remove them. 

For Windows 7 users:

（1） Press “Window”key and“R”at the same time and enter“taskmgr” in the open box then“OK”.

Step 2 Uninstall unwanted program from Control Panel

(Go to the “Start” menu, select “Control Panel”. Locate “Programs”. If there is anything related to MicroMasters on the list of your Programs, then select it and uninstall it.)

Step 3 Check your browser and then disable/remove relevant add-ons 

Google Chrome :

(1) Click on Customize icon (Wrench or 3 bar icon) -> Select Settings -> Go to Extensions tab;

(2). Locate MicroMasters and select it -> click Trash button to remove this extension.

Mozilla Firefox :

(1）Click on the orange Firefox button on the upper left corner of the browser -> hit Add-ons;

（2） Go to Extensions tab ->select MicroMasters ->Click Remove;

Internet Explorer :

（1） Click on the Tools -> select Manage Add-ons;

（2）Go to Toolbars and Extensions tab ->right click on MicroMasters -> select Disable in the drop-down menu;

Step 4 Disable suspicious entries created by MicroMasters

Click Start menu>click Run;>type “regedit” in the Run box>click OK to open Registry Editor> Delete all entries generated by MicroMasters.

Solution Two

Remove MicroMasters Spy Hunter

(1)Click the Download Button to obtain Spyhunter.

(2) When the download is finished, double click Spyhunter-Installer.exe then follow its installation instructions.

(3) when Spyhunter is successfully installed, click Start New Scan button to detect MicroMasters and other related programs.

(4) Remove all the detected potentially harmful programs by clicking Fix Threats button.
