Click Start menu>click Run;>type “regedit” in the Run box>click OK to open Registry Editor> Delete all entries generated by Premium Tabs.

Solution Two 

Remove Premium Tabs Spy Hunter

(1)Click the Download Button to obtain Spyhunter.
